Sauvignon Blanc

A summer favorite of ours, and is a dry wine that has distinct characteristics of citrus acidity and herbaceous flavors. It has a clean finish with this vintage. It is a crisp white wine perfect for brunches! It is also one of the parents to Cabernet Sauvignon.

Pair with: picnic sandwiches, pasta salads, chicken or grilled white fish. Asiago, brie, Gouda and goat cheese.
