Pinot Blanc

This wine resembles a Vidal Blanc style of a crisp white wine. The flavors of a granny smith apple, Anjou pear and zesty notes of minerality on the finish. A light bodied wine, it easily pairs with light creamy pasta dishes, brie or camembert cheese, baked chicken and light seafood.
